Raised in concrete eggs and barrels for fully 24 months, the 2017 Mâcon-Fuissé Les Tâches opens in the glass with aromas of warm bread, dried white flowers and crisp yellow and green orchard fruit. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, it's deep and tensile, with a racy spine of acidity and fine depth at the core. Still tightly wound, it will reward some bottle age. (William Kelley)
